Thank you for your solution for Windows7 and the Intel 855 chipset. Tried it on an old laptop with Win7 starter and it worked as a charm.

I was reading about different methods people tried and there was a post about "vgapnp.sys" file being reverted back everytime. So first I checked the default version Windows 7 assigns as video driver which is 6.14.10.3722 I believe. Then I read on how to take over control of files from Windows 7. Then I noticed that you cannot rename or delete a file as Windows 7 reverts that back. So in order to disable it you have to leave the name as it is and change something in the file to make it unusable. The rest is pretty easy just running wizard and pointing to right directory for the driver.
